1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
- Once the product is processed or shipped, cancellation will not be accepted.
- For customised or engraved jewellery, cancellation is not allowed.
2. Refund Policy
Refund is applicable only in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged product received
- Manufacturing defect
Refund Eligibility Conditions:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- All tags, invoices, certificates (Hallmark/Authentication Card) must be intact
- Return request must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery
3. Refund Method
Once returned item is received and inspected:
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be credited to the original payment mode
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Customized / engraved jewellery
- Used or damaged items
- Items without original packaging or certificate
